TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Enter your address and all details in Latin letters. We cannot accept orders filled with special characters.
- For parcels shipped outside of EU we add 0% VAT.
- Currently we accept PayPal payments to make sure our payments are secure.
- PayPal checkout should also allow you to pay by card.
- We also accept bank transfer payment.
- E-shop orders should be shipped within 1 week (usually 4-5 days) after the order has been received. We will contact you if there’s a delay.
- A buyer pays for the selected products and calculated shipping costs. Shipping costs vary based upon the weight of package and country of destination. We are shipping from Slovak republic, Europe.
- We usually ship with Slovak Post, which provides tracking information. It takes about 3-10 days to deliver, depending on a destination.
- If you need non-standard shipping service or payment method please contact us.
- Doboz does not save your credit card data – not does it hit our servers.
- Return policy: if you are not satisfied with our product you can contact us by e-mail within 14 days of purchase to negotiate refund and sending it back (you have to pay the postage costs). In case of malfunction on your device caused by manufacturing you can send it back for repair, which will be finished and sent back latest 30 days after receiving the unit.
